POSH Party Spa specializes in themed spa party celebrations, creating unforgettable experiences for kids ages 3-12. In addition to parties, we offer individual appointments, Kid’s Night Out events, holiday gatherings, and a retail shop. Our parties and events are typically held on evenings and weekends. We’re proud to be a female-owned small business.

Responsibilities:

• Set up for parties, including table settings, hanging decorations, and assembling favors

• Style hair, paint nails, and provide mini-manicures or mini-pedicures during parties and events 

• Engage in activities with the children, such as making bracelets, beauty bar activities, karaoke, and playing games

• Supervise children during drop-off events, ensuring they are guided through activities

• Redirect children as needed and assist them in handling challenges amongst each other in a positive way

• Use technology to operate music, take photos, and process payments

• Clean up post-party, including washing and sterilizing tools, sweeping, vacuuming, restocking supplies, and trash removal

• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Must be at least 15 years old and available to work weekends

• Previous experience babysitting or working with school-age children—you should love working with kids

• Ability to complete basic hairstyles (e.g., bun, French braid, Dutch braid)

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting and holding conversations with children

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent customer service skills—able to understand client needs and perform services efficiently and professionally

• Punctual and reliable—staying on top of your schedule and being on time for shifts is crucial
