Book a Party or Service
Complete the appropriate form below and a POSH team member will reach out to you. The Individual Service Form is below the Party Request Form. To ensure accuracy and consistency, all communications are handled electronically via email. This allows both our team and our clients to easily reference all details for their party or appointment such as pricing, availability, policies, and any updates or requested changes. Additionally, because our staff is actively running parties and events while in the store, most inquiries are reviewed and responded to before or after business hours.
Birthday Party Policies
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested party date and time. Invoices are sent via email and may be conveniently paid online. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing to info@poshpartyspa.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled party date in order for the deposit to be applied toward a future party date. Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) weeks prior to the party date, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of all prepaid amounts. Birthday party deposits may not be applied toward individual service appointments. Party dates reserve significant staff, time and resources. If a party is booked and later cancelled in favor of an individual service appointment, the party deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book individual services.
Individual Service Appointment Policies
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested appointment date and time. Invoices are sent via email and may be conveniently paid online. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing to info@poshpartyspa.com at least 48 hours before appointments to apply deposits toward a future date. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior to appointments, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts.
