Book a Party or Service

Complete the appropriate form below and a POSH team member will reach out to you. The Individual Service Form is below the Party Request Form. To ensure accuracy and consistency, all communications are handled electronically via email. This allows both our team and our clients to easily reference all details for their party or appointment such as pricing, availability, policies, and any updates or requested changes. Additionally, because our staff is actively running parties and events while in the store, most inquiries are reviewed and responded to before or after business hours.

A Note About Response Times: Please allow a minimum of 24-48 hours for responses, especially during weekends when we are busiest hosting parties and events. Response times may vary during higher-volume periods, and we encourage booking requests as far in advance as possible.

Birthday Party Policies

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested party date and time. Invoices are sent via email and may be conveniently paid online. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing to info@poshpartyspa.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled party date in order for the deposit to be applied toward a future party date. Cancellations or changes made less than two (2) weeks prior to the party date, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of all prepaid amounts. Birthday party deposits may not be applied toward individual service appointments. Party dates reserve significant staff, time and resources. If a party is booked and later cancelled in favor of an individual service appointment, the party deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book individual services.

Individual Service Appointment Policies

We recommend submitting your appointment request as far in advance as possible. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your requested appointment date and time. Invoices are sent via email and may be conveniently paid online. Any cancellations or changes must be communicated in writing to info@poshpartyspa.com at least 48 hours before appointments to apply deposits toward a future date. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior to appointments, as well as same-day cancellations or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts.

Please Note: If you're requesting an appointment for the same week, especially within the next 24-72 hours, it's important that we receive a timely response once we contact you with available appointment times or to request additional information. Last-minute availability is limited and often changes quickly. Because last-minute appointments require us to coordinate staffing, we cannot reserve appointment times while waiting for a response. If we don’t receive a response from you within a few hours of our reply (or by the deadline provided), the appointment time will be released to another guest.
