Doll Care Disclaimer: We understand that families often invest significantly in their dolls, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team has conducted extensive research on how similar doll spa services are safely provided (including by established venues in NYC) and handles all dolls with great care during hairstyles, nail painting, and spa activities. That said, dolls vary in age, condition, and construction, and some may arrive with pre-existing wear, loose parts, or delicate features. Additionally, dolls will be handled and played with by guests during the party or event. While we do our best to create a safe and supervised environment, occasional accidents can occur during play. POSH Party Spa cannot be held responsible for damage that may occur to dolls during the party or event, nor for any pre-existing issues prior to arrival. By attending, you acknowledge and agree to this doll-care policy.

Each guest will choose an “un” stuffed animal from our 8-inch options (16-inch options available for an additional $20 per person). Then:
o Watch them come to life at our stuffing machine.
o Make a wish and add a wishing gem to your stuffy before we close them up.
o Pick the perfect outfit, and give your new friend a name, birth certificate and collar.
o Finally, take your new "pet" to the groomers before taking them home.

The perfect blend of creativity and style! Each guest will enjoy a POSH hairstyle followed by 2 to 3 hands-on craft projects, thoughtfully selected based on the age of the birthday child to ensure the best experience for the group. Ideal for ages 7-11.

Guests will complete two to three age-appropriate craft projects. Craft selections vary by age and are curated by our team to ensure timing, engagement and age-appropriateness. Craft options may include a mix of fun keepsakes, creative accessories, or DIY projects. All guests will take home everything they create.

Add-Ons
Face Gems: $6 per person
o Add more dazzle to your makeover (or makeup) with stick-on face jewels.
Glitter Tattoo: $7 per person
o A temporary tattoo applied with medical-grade adhesive and covered in cosmetic glitter for a sparkling design. Choose your favorite from our binder of options! Tattoos can last several days (depending on placement and care).
Face Mask: $10 per person
o Facial sheet mask followed by lotion. Relaxing and fun for all skin types.
Create-Your-Own Lip Gloss: $8 per person
o Choose your flavor, add color, add glitter and voila! You’ve made your very own lip gloss.
Create-Your-Own Lotion: $10 per person
o Grab a heart-shaped bottle, fill with your choice of various scented lotions, and cap off with a colored carabiner so you can take your lotion with you wherever you go!
Create-Your-Own Sugar Scrub: $12 per person
o Create a triple-scoop sugar scrub sundae to use in the bath or shower! Perfect for exfoliating and moisturizing your body, hands and feet. Scoop your sugar scrub and sprinkle on the spa toppings. Your creation will look good enough to eat.
Goody Bag Options: Cost Varies
o OPTION 1: We’ll create traditional goody bags for your guests, ready upon your arrival for $12 per person plus tax. Contents are based on the age of your party.
o OPTION 2: Allow your guests to “shop” in our retail area and choose their own goodies for $10 per person (you’re welcome to increase this amount). This is a very popular option! POSH employees help guests choose price-appropriate items to ensure they stay on budget.
Add Time for Food: $70 fee
o You're welcome to bring cake or cupcakes and drinks which we’ll serve during the final 10-15 minutes of your party before we sing “Happy Birthday.” Please be sure to bring anything that’s needed for your cake/cupcakes (e.g., plates, napkins, forks, etc.). We’re unable to accommodate additional food during our regular party timeframe. However, with our “Add Time for Food” Add-On, your party is extended by 30 minutes so you can bring in pizza for your guests.
How “Add Time for Food” works:
If you were interested in booking the 4:00-6:00 pm spot, for example, it would be extended to 4:00-6:30 pm.
You provide the pizzas and drinks, and you’d bring them for the start of your party at 4:00 pm.
We’d serve your guests your pizza and drinks from 4:00–4:30 pm, then clean up and begin POSH services. Please be sure to bring anything that’s needed for your pizza (e.g., plates, napkins, forks, etc.).
POSH services would wrap up at approximately 6:15 pm, at which time we would serve your cake or cupcakes and sing “Happy Birthday” with your party concluding at 6:30 pm.
Let us know when booking your party if you’d like to include this add-on so we can ensure availability. (Notice regarding instances where you’ve booked a party with the Time for Food Add-On, and are later wanting to cancel this Add-On — We book parties based on the timing of the other parties that same day. Once we've booked a party following yours, and you’ve included the Time for Food Add-On, we're unable to remove this addition from your party. Additionally, if you do not add it at the time of booking, and we book a party following yours, we are unable to add it at a later time.)
🚫 When you include the Time for Food Add-On, please, no additional snacks (chips, popcorn, Goldfish, candy, etc.). These items tend to spread beyond the food area, especially near spa stations, creating sanitation concerns and requiring extra cleaning. To maintain a clean, safe environment, snacks are not permitted. If outside snacks are brought in, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
About Food During Your Party
You’re invited to bring cake or cupcakes, drinks, plates, and napkins for the final 10-15 minutes of your party, which we’ll serve for you. However, please avoid bringing any additional snacks such as chips, popcorn, pretzels, Goldfish, candy, etc. Unfortunately, these items often end up outside the designated food area, creating sanitation concerns near the hair and nail stations and requiring additional cleaning time. To maintain a safe and clean environment, snacks are not permitted in the spa/store. If such items are brought to your party, an additional cleaning fee may apply. If you'd like to bring in pizza for your guests at the beginning of your party, before POSH services begin, we offer the option to purchase additional time. Details are listed in the Add-Ons section below.
Mini Party Packages are perfect when you want the full celebration for a smaller number of children. These birthday packages are designed for groups of up to four (4) guests, including the birthday child.
Individual Services are ideal for solo appointments, bestie spa dates, or a small-group. While they can absolutely be used to mark a birthday or special occasion, they’re not birthday parties. If you’re looking for more of a celebration—cake/cupcakes, singing “Happy Birthday,” karaoke, and more—check out our Party Packages or Mini Party Packages.
